If you want your VeraCash payment card delivered to an address other than your home, you will need to inform us and provide us the necessary documents.
Here are the steps to follow:
- inform our Customer Service team as soon as possible, either via our contact form or by phoning us on +33 (0)1 80 88 61 00, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm CET;
- send us the following documents:
- valid proof of identity of the renter or owner of the residence, if not your second home, for example,
- proof of address of the renter or owner of the residence, less than three months old (utility bill: water, electricity, gas, Internet or landline).
