How do I change my strong authentication security code?

From the mobile app on your trusted device, go to the "Security and privacy" tab and then to "Manage my security code".

To change your security code, you will need to log in from the trusted device associated with your VeraCash account.

You will then need to go to the "Security and privacy" tab, then "Manage my security code". 

→ If you still know your current security code, then fill it in and then enter the new security code you want. Confirm the operation. 

→ If you have forgotten your current security code, then click on "I've forgotten my security code". You will be redirected to the contact form to express your request to our customer service. We will get back to you as soon as possible in order to let you create a new security code.

Please note: Do not mistake your login password (4 digits) for your security code (6 digits), dedicated to your sensitive operations.
