Contactless payment can be activated and deactivated from your Personal Area in the "My payment card" section. To use contactless for the first time, you must have made at least one payment or withdrawal by entering your code.
How do I enable contactless payments?
When you first receive your card, the contactless feature is disabled by default.
As a security precaution and to satisfy our wider user community, we have decided to give you the freedom to enable contactless payments on your card at any time.
This involves two simple steps:
Step 1:
- Log into your account via the website or the mobile app.
- Go to the “My payment card” section and then click on “Security”.
- Move the “Contactless” switch to the right to enable this feature.
Step 2:
- To use contactless payment for the first time, you must have already made at least one payment or withdrawal by entering your PIN code
How do I disable contactless payments?

- Move the “Contactless payment” switch to the left to disable this feature.
