How long does it take for a credit made by bank transfer to hit my Veracash account?

The interbank transfer time is two to three working days.

You will also need to keep in mind the issuing bank's working days: some banks are closed on Saturday or Monday, which may delay receipt of the transfer to your Veracash account.

You have three ways to top up your Veracash account:

- Via debit card. The transaction is immediate and your account is credited in a few minutes, without additional fees.
- Via immediate transfer. The transaction is immediate and your account is credited in a few minutes only. It may be subject to additional fees charged by the issuing bank. Make sure you have the information from your bank. Immediate transfers cannot be cancelled.

- Via the EUR holding account. This allows you to top up your account directly in euros. This allows you to buy precious metals immediately, by choosing a metal price that seems favourable to you.
