Once we have received all the required documents to complete the registration process, our Customer Service team will produce your VeraCash payment card.
It takes an average of 15 working days to manufacture a VeraCash card. Your card will then be sent to your home address by post. Shipping time may vary depending on your country of residence (outside our control).
If you would like us to use a different shipping method, you can request this from our Customer Service team. We will then send you a price quote for your approval before applying the new shipping method.
VeraCash card delivery status
You can track the status of your VeraCash payment card, from production to shipping, via your VeraCash account on our website only. It’s easy: just log in and click on “My VeraCash card”, and then “Track card”.
