There are several possible reasons why you may be unable to log into your VeraCash account. Please check your login details and/or try to log using a different browser or a different platform.
Check your login details
Are you sure you entered your login information correctly? As a reminder, your login ID contains eight letters (alternating between vowels and consonants), and your username contains 10 numbers. These were assigned to you automatically when your account was created. Your password contains four numbers, chosen by you at the time of registration, or later changed by you via your VeraCash account or by means of the password reset process.
Important: Be sure not to confuse your password with your VeraCash card PIN number, which is assigned on receipt of your card.
Use a different browser
Some parts of the website www.veracash.com require recent versions of the leading web browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.) in order to function at optimum capacity.
Check your browser version and try to update it, or visit the website using another browser.
Try to log in using a different platform
If the problem is not with your login details, you can also try to log in via another platform. If you are using the app, try to log in on the website, and vice versa.
Disable your firewall or antivirus
In some instances, a firewall or antivirus and block access to the website. Go into your settings to temporarily disable your firewall and/or antivirus before logging in, if the problem stems from this.
Pay attention to your saved login information
If you saved your login details so they automatically appear in the login fields, it is possible that they may be out of date. For example, if you recently reset your login details and forgot to update your settings, then your browser will automatically populate your old information which is no longer valid. Try to input them manually, after first erasing the pre-filled fields.
Do not copy and paste
Sometimes, when copying and pasting login information, an extra character like a space might be added without you realizing it. Your username, login ID and password must match exactly, down to the last character. So please be careful with this.
