I don’t recognize one or more transactions in my history. What do I do?

If you are certain that you did not instigate one or more transactions in your history, please contact the VeraCash Customer Service team as soon as possible.

You should contact us no later than one month after the date of the transaction, either by writing to help@veracash.com or by phoning +33 (0)1 80 88 61 00 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm CET).
