Is it possible to receive my pay or social security payments in my Veracash account?

It is perfectly possible for French residents to receive all or part of their salary, as well as certain social benefits and tax refunds.

Receiving your pay

Please send us:

  • your most recent pay slip, leaving no information blank;
  • your employment contract.

You can then have all or part of your salary paid into your Veracash account.

Receiving social benefits

Send us your certificate of entitlement, leaving all the information visible.

For the moment, only funds from the following organisations are accepted: CAF (Caisse d'Allocations Familiales), Pôle Emploi, CPAM (Caisse Primaire d'Assurance Maladie), CARSAT (Caisse d'Assurance Retraite et de la Santé du Travail), SIP (Service des Impôts des Particuliers) and SIE (Service des Impôts des Entreprises).

In both cases:

  • Send your documents to help@veracash.com, specifying your request;
  • Wait 2 to 3 working days for us to carry out certain checks;
  • Receive an email from us confirming whether or not the new creditor has been accepted;
  • Give your Veracash IBAN to your employer, or change it directly on your Pôle Emploi, CAF, CARSAT or CPAM online account.

Receive refunds from the tax authorities

You don't have to do anything except provide your Veracash RIB to the tax office.

For the moment, only these two services are concerned: SIP (Service des Impôts des Particuliers) and SIE (Service des Impôts des Entreprises).

Our little tip: don't forget to check the purchase allocation of your precious metals before receiving your funds. As a reminder, these arrangements are only available to French residents.
