# Is the VeraCash card embossed?

## No, the VeraCash card does not have an embossed surface

On the front of the card are:

- the chip,
- the VeraCash logo,
- the Mastercard logo.

On the back are:

- the magnetic strip,
- the 16-digit card number,
- the expiry date,
- the 3 CVC numbers,
- the 9-digit card token number,
- the first and last names of the cardholder.

**Good to know:** if you have a black and green embossed card in your possession, it is no longer active! This is the old Veracarte card.

Please make sure to update your account to receive the new golden Mastercard VeraCash debit card.
