My account is restricted because I didn't update my personal details on time. What should I do?

In order to comply with current regulations, we may ask you to update your personal information or simply confirm that it is correct. If you don't do it in time, your account may be affected.

We will inform you as soon as we need to update your details. You then have one month in which to make the necessary changes.

If you have not updated your personal information in time, we are required to restrict the functionality of your account.

What features are blocked in this case?

  • Outgoing transfers;
  • Using your debit card;
  • VRC transfers.

How do I unblock my account?

  • Simply log in to your Veracash account;
  • Go to the "My profile" tab and change any information on the form that is not up to date;
  • Click on ‘Confirm my details’, even if no changes have been made.
  • Your details will then be sent to our partner for validation. If all the conditions are met, your account can be unlocked within a few days.

What happens if I don't update my personal information?


If you do not take action within 4 months of your account being restricted, we will be required to close your account. The precious metals held in your account will be resold at the current price and transferred to the RIB entered in your profile.
