      My payment is pending: what’s going on?

      When you pay by card (in shop, online or by pre-authorisation), the amount is immediately deducted from your account.

      When you make a card payment (in-store, online, or via a pre-authorisation), the amount is immediately deducted on your account: we lock in the metal rate at the exact moment the payment is made.

      If the transaction is cancelled or the pre-authorisation isn't confirmed, the amount is automatically released after a certain period:

      • Unconfirmed pre-authorisation: the funds are released after a maximum of 30 days.
      Cancelled payment: the refund is usually processed within 11 days.
