My VeraCash card is damaged or broken. What do I do?
If your VeraCash payment card is broken or looks damaged, you can request a replacement card via our contact form or by phoning us on +33 (0)1 80 88 61 00, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm CET.
A small charge may apply, as stated on our “Pricing” page. You will be given the estimated delivery date once you have confirmed your order.
