Once I’ve registered, how do I change my email address?

To change your email address, you will need to submit a request by writing to help@veracash.com, by phoning +33 (0)1 80 88 61 00 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm CET), or by contacting your VeraCash Account Manager.

For security reasons, it is not currently possible to change your email address from your VeraCash account.

However, you can change your password directly on the VeraCash platform and the app.
