To strengthen the security of your Veracash account, we use several authentication factors.
When you create a Veracash account, you already have three identification factors: your 6-digit identifier, your public username and your login password.
When you log in, your account also requires two-factor authentication. You will then be asked to enter the security code that we will send you by text message in order to access your account.
Finally, we use strong authentication to secure your sensitive transactions. To carry out a sensitive transaction (sale of precious metals, online transaction, etc.), you must confirm it using your trusted device, which has been associated with your mobile device beforehand.
