Why is the price of Veracash silver higher than the spot rate?

The rate offered by Veracash is based on silver coins, unlike most silver sales which relate to the raw material or to bullion.

The price is set by taking into account the buying and selling operations carried out on the site, which is weighted by the variation in the international price of the products.

The underlying price of Veracash is not paper money quoted on the stock exchange, but silver minted in the form of coins.

The Veracash silver price is based on the silver contained in these products and their manufacturing or valuation cost, i.e. the Spot value + Premium, which is therefore the premium of the coins behind the Veracash silver metal. The premium is generally around 20%.
