You can change your password on the mobile app by clicking on My information > Password, or from your account on the website by navigating to My information > My login details > Reset my password.
On the mobile app
- From the homepage, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of your screen.
- Click on the “My information” tab.
- Click on the pencil icon in the “Password” block.
- Enter your current password and then your new password.
- Confirm your changes.
On the VeraCash website
- Go to www.veracash.com.
- Log into your account.
- Click on “My information” on the left of the screen.
- In the “My login details” block, click on “Reset my password”.
- Enter your current password and then your new password.
- Click on the “Edit” button.
