How do I change my password?

You can change your password on the mobile app by clicking on My information > Password, or from your account on the website by navigating to My information > My login details > Reset my password.

On the mobile app

  1. From the homepage, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of your screen.
  2. Click on the “My information” tab.
  3. Click on the pencil icon in the “Password” block.
  4. Enter your current password and then your new password.
  5. Confirm your changes.

On the VeraCash website

  1. Go to www.veracash.com.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Click on “My information” on the left of the screen.
  4. In the “My login details” block, click on “Reset my password”.
  5. Enter your current password and then your new password.
  6. Click on the “Edit” button.
