You can submit your documents via the mobile app, your account on www.veracash.com, by email or by post.
On the mobile app
Once you have completed the registration form on the VeraCash mobile app, a pink banner will appear on the app’s homepage, reading “COMPLETENESS OF THE ACCOUNT”. It will be displayed until you have submitted all the necessary documentation.
Click on the banner to be taken to the “Complete account information” page, where you can import your documents directly by clicking on the boxes provides for that purposes. For each document, you can either take a photo of it or choose an image from one of your device’s photo albums. To do this, you will need to allow VeraCash to access your device’s camera and photo gallery.
On the VeraCash website
Once you have completed the registration form on www.veracash.com, you will automatically be redirected to your account. A banner reading “Completeness of the account” will be displayed at the top of the page, indicating in red that you are missing the three required documents. Click on the “Identity document”, “Proof of address” and “Bank details” links to be taken to the “My documents” page where you can import your documents directly by clicking on the “Browse” fields provided for that purpose.
By email
Our Customer Service team may contact you by email if any of your documents is declined. You can respond to them by email to send them a new legible and/or valid document. You can also write to us directly at help@veracash.com.
By post
You can also send your documents by post to the following address:

Important: Please note that, using this method, confirmation of your registration will take longer than via the app or the website, as a function of delivery times and working days. Please be sure to note your VeraCash public ID on the documents you send to us or on the letter accompanying them.
My documents are no longer valid. How do I update them?
If you have a change of address, you can submit your new proof of address to us by the same means as your original documents.
On the mobile app
- From the homepage, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of your screen.
- Click on the “My documents” tab.
- Click on the box under “Proof of address”.
- Import or take a photo of your new proof of address.
On the VeraCash website
- Go to the official website at www.veracash.com.
- Log into your account.
- Click on “My documents” on the left of the screen.
- In the “Proof of address” block, click on “Browse...” and import your new proof of address.
By email
After submitting your change of address, a VeraCash Account Manager may contact you by email to request a new proof of address. You can then respond to them by email to send them a new legible, valid document. You can also write to us directly at contact@veracash.com.
By post
You can also send your new documents by post to the following address:
