Your new card is issued the month your current card expires. To receive it as soon as possible, please check that your profile information is up to date, especially your postal address.
We will notify you 2 months before your card expires, so you can take the necessary precautions.

How do I get my new card?
To receive your new payment card, please :
- check that your mailing address is up to date;
- complete your profile if any information is missing;
- check that your current card is active.
Is it free to renew my VeraCash card?
Yes, payment cards are renewed for free. You will not be charged for your new card.
