What fees are charged for using the VeraCash Mastercard?

Your Mastercard is free and the only fees for using it are for debits in GoldSpot.

No subscription fee

Since July 2017, the VeraCash card is sent to each member for free, regardless of the number of transactions carried out in France or abroad. It is sent out once the member’s VeraCash account is complete, i.e. once all the supporting documentation has been received and approved by our Customer Service team.

Are there commissions on payments or withdrawals in France or the rest of the Eurozone?

For GoldPremium, Silver and Diamond in France and in the Eurozone, there is:

no commission on payments and withdrawals at ATMs;
no commission on payments made to online merchants or on the Internet.

🌍 The Eurozone includes: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

For GoldSpot in France and in the Eurozone, VeraCash charges:

0.5% of the amount on payments and withdrawals at ATMs.
0.5% of the amount on payments to online merchants or on the Internet.

Are there commissions on payments or withdrawals outside the Eurozone?

For GoldPremium, Silver and Diamond outside the Eurozone, there is:

no commission on payments and withdrawals at ATMs;
no commission on payments made to online merchants or on the Internet.

For GoldSpot, VeraCash charges:

0.5% of the amount on payments and withdrawals at ATMs.
0.5% of the amount on payments to online merchants or on the Internet.

There are no hidden fees regardless of the country or currency. The currency exchange rate used is the one applied by Mastercard.
