To confirm a sensitive operation, you need to use your mobile device considered to be your "trusted device" and follow the strong authentication process.
First, to be able to carry out a sensitive operation, you must have added a trusted device to your VeraCash account.

- Make your payment as usual;
- Go to your mobile app from your trusted device ;
- If you are sure you want to confirm this transaction, then click "Confirm". If you think you are the victim of a fraud attempt, then click "Cancel".
→ Carrying out a sensitive operation from the mobile app
- Carry out your operation as usual;
- A security window will open to confirm that you are indeed the source of this operation and check that you are not under the influence of a third party;
- If you are sure you want to confirm this operation, then click on "Confirm". If you think you are the victim of a fraud attempt, then click "Cancel".
→ Carrying out a sensitive operation from the website
- Carry out your operation as usual;
- A "Security - Action required" window will open with the note "Transaction pending confirmation". Open your mobile app from your trusted device.
- From your trusted device, confirm that you are the source of this sensitive operation. If you are not, click on "Cancel".

Make sure you are never under the influence of a third party when carrying out these transactions;Our customer service will never call you to confirm the execution or cancellation of a transaction;
Check your transaction history regularly to make sure you haven't missed anything;
