How do I update my postal address?
You must change your postal address in your Member Area, then provide us with a new proof of address.
If you wish to change your postal address, you must first go to your Member Area, click on the tab "My profile" and then "My information". You can enter your new postal address in the fields provided.
Once you have changed your details, you will need to submit a new proof of address. To do this, go to your Member Area, click on the "My documents" tab. You can find the accepted documents by clicking on this link.
