What should I do if I don't receive the text message with my verification code?

Make sure that you have entered the right telephone number, that you have it in your possession, that there is no network failure, that you are not in a white zone, etc.

If you do not receive the text message with your verification code, there are several things you can check:

  • Do you have access to the telephone network? The signal must be strong enough for you to receive the SMS on your mobile device;
  • Is your mobile device's storage full? If so, free up some space by deleting unimportant items and then try to receive the SMS again;
  • Does your mobile package still allow you to receive SMS messages? If not, check with your operator;
  • Has it been a long time since you restarted your mobile device? If so, try restarting it and receiving the SMS again;
  • Our SMS may have been considered as SPAM by your mobile device.
